Our Leadership Team
In school, Tom enjoyed math and science as well as people. He felt that by going into engineering sales, he could have the best of both worlds. When it comes to work, he enjoys the satisfaction of solving real-world issues for a customer and the diversity of the industry over the course of more than 45 years.
Tom has the most fun spending time with his children and grandchildren, and watching them grow and mature. He also enjoys most sports, particularly golf and tennis.
Jim enjoys the variety of projects and industries he’s involved with at RedHawk because no two days are the same.
He is a golfer and hiker, and enjoys watching his grandchildren participate in sports.
Mark has a keen interest in seeing a new product develop from an idea, to a sketch, to a CAD design, to analysis, and finally to a finished product in the field. He takes pride in being a part of a team that designs an idea and watches it come to fruition as a finished product.
When he’s not working, Mark enjoys playing, coaching, and watching sports in his spare time.
